2. User Responsibilities

• On-site repairs are limited to minor issues and temporary solutions. Complex mechanical failures requiring extensive workshop repairs are not covered.
• Service availability may be affected by extreme weather conditions, road closures, or other unforeseen circumstances.

4. Payments and Fees

Fees for services rendered will be communicated to you before the service is initiated. Payment terms and methods will be agreed upon at the time of service request. All payments are due upon completion of the service unless otherwise specified.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality on our site, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, and software, are the exclusive property of AtFinder RoadCare GmbH or its licensors and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Austria, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including any question regarding their existence, validity or termination, shall be referred to and finally resolved by the courts of Klagenfurt, Austria.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
